In the first quarter of 2022, five brand new Albert Heijn Heerschap stores were opened in Weert, Heythuysen and Nederweert by Stan Heerschap. Stan is the second generation within the family business that has existed since 1966 and originated from an artisan bakery. The company has since grown into a large and dynamic business consisting of an artisan bakery, a bakery store and five Albert Heijn Heerschap supermarkets.
