An order or part of an order may be canceled at all times. In the event that (the part of) an order is canceled before it is send there will no costs be charged. When the order is already send, it is possible that the costs incurred for processing and shipping of the order will be charged.
We strive to refund the amount within 14 days. Depending on the speed of your bank, you will always receive the amount due within two weeks after cancellation. If you have returned the product, we will only proceed with the refund after we have received your return shipment.
