AED Solutions will try to send your order as soon as possible at all times. All products will be delivered from stock and in the event that a product is not available from stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Within the Benelux no ship, no shipping costs will be charged for webshop orders above €75,-. For webshop orders below €75,- and other orders will €9,95 be charged for shipping and handling costs. For some products and orders deviant delivery costs will apply, we will inform you when this applies for your order.
At AED Solutions we do work with the GLS as regular delivery partner. GLS ensures that our packages will be delevired neatly.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with Track and Trace code from the delivery service to track your order.
In the event of damage or other shortcomings to a delivery, you need to contact AED Solutions within 24 hours of delivery. We will find a suitable solution together.
In the event that a product or a part of the order is missing, you may contact AED Solutions. Due to the shipping terms it may occur that products are shipped in multiple packages, the situation can occur that these packages are not delivered at the same time.
