In this privay statement, AED Solutions explains how we handle the personal data we obtain in our contact with you. By using our website and/or purchasing products, you agree to this privacy statement. AED Solutions complies with the conditions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

We do our very best to protect your data. We do need the personal details to guarantee our services to you. AED Solutions processes these personal details because you do use our services and/or because you did provide these details to us yourself.

In order to be able to deal with problems with your digital order and to investigate a possible malfunction, we store your IP address of your location. We do not store this data for longer than we consider necessary.

To transfer data we do use the so-called SSL security technology (Secure Socket Layer). All payment methods we offer are extensively secured. You can see that your data is sent encrypted by the symbol of a key or a closed lock in the status bar of your browser.
Details of website visit
AED Solutions collects and analyses information that is connected to the use of this website. Examples of this are cookies. These details do we use to get better insights in our customers and to optimise our services and website. AED Solutions is not interested in names or other details that do tell something about the identity of the visitors of this website. On the site we use Google Analytics to analyse the operation of the website and to be able to measure the efficiency of the traffic sources. Google can provide these details to third partis if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We do not have any influence on this. We did not give Google the permission to use the gathered Analytics information for other services of Google. The information that Google has collected will be anonimized as much as possible. Your IP-adress will emphatically not be send along.
Social sharing options
On our website buttons may be included to promote ("liking") or share ("sharing") webpages/product on social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Linkedin. Thes buttons do work with pieces of code that are built by Facebook respectively Twitter and Facebook themselves. Cookies are placed through this code. On that, we have no influence. Read the privacy statment of Facebook, Twitter, Google and Linkedin (which can change regularly) to read what they do with your (personal) details that they process via these cookies.
Newsletter
We de periodically send a digital newsletter via e-mail to our customer and to interested parties. When you did earlier subscribe for the newsletters via e-mail and you do not wish to receive these anymore, you may sign out for this seperately. You can do this via e-mail to: info@aedsolutions.eu. You do also have the possibility to use the unsubscribe link in our newsletter. By clicking the link, you will be unsubscribed and you won't receive newsletters anymore. We use the subscriber database only to sent our own mailings.
Retention period data and inspection
As soon as the services at AED Solutions ends, we store some details based on the legal retention period. We will remove the details we do not need anymore. We will remove all details after the legal retention period. You have the right to inspect the details that we have collected about you after your services with us have ended. You may submit a request for inspection, correction or removal at our administration department. To be sure that the request is done by yourself, we ask to send a copy of your identification along with the request as well as relevant copies of the abstract of the Chamber of Commerce of your corporation. We hereby request to make your your passport photo and citizen service number black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. AED Solutions will respond toy your request as soon as possible, but always within four weeks.
Sharing with others
AED Solutions will exclusively provide details to third parties and only so when it is necessary to peroform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Inspect and correct details
You have the right to request access to and correction or removal of your details. For this, you may contact our administration department. To prevent abuse, we will ask you to indentify yourself adequately. When it comes to accessing personal details that are linked to a cookie, you need to enclose a copy of the cookie in question. You can find this in the settings of your browser.
